Duane 'Keffe D' Davis pleads 'not guilty' in Tupac murder case, will not face death penalty LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Duane "Keffe D" Davis, a self-described gang member accused in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur, entered a not-guilty plea during his arraignment in a Las Vegas courtroom Thursday after previous delays and possibly parting ways with a private attorney.Davis, 60, was represented by special public defenders Robert Arroyo and Charles Cano. Two weeks ago Davis appeared in court with defense attorney Ross Goodman, but Goodman told Nexstar's KLAS on Wednesday that he and Davis were not able to reach terms of an agreement.Davis told the court he does plan on having Goodman represent him.Booking photo of Duane ‘Keffe D’ Davis. UFC Fight Night returns to Austin's Moody Center AUSTIN (KXAN) — Moody Center will be home to UFC Fight Night this December, the Austin venue said in a social media post Tuesday.UFC Fight Night will take place Dec. 2 and feature matchups between Beneil Dariush versus Arman Tsarukyan as well as Dan Hooker versus Bobby "King" Green. Jury convicts Kingston woman on drug and gun charges KINGSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A jury convicted Corena Kelley, 29, of Kingston, on drug and gun charges following a three-day trial. It is expected that Kelley will be ordered to serve time in prison upon sentencing. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! The charges stem from a search warrant executed in Kingston on December 16, 2021. State police recovered two loaded pistols, ten grams of fentanyl, and thousands of U.S. dollars. One pistol did not have a serial number. Other evidence seized include digital scales and narcotics packaging materials. Police say Kelley's nine-month-old child was present in the apartment during the search. Kelley was subsequently charged with two counts of criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a child. She was remanded without bail pending sentencing on January 10, 2024.
